What You'll DoAs the Vendor Management Senior Manager, you help orchestrate and elevate BCG X's contingent workforce operations globally. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Vendor Management, you are the senior point of contact for internal firm leaders, external partners, and regional vendor management specialists. You own the end-to-end vendor lifecycle — from market research, partner identification, and legal & commercial negotiations, through contract formalization, contractor onboarding, quality assurance, and financial settlement including timesheets and invoices.

You guide and mentor a team of Vendor Management Specialists across the globe, driving accountability, professional growth, and operational excellence. You act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior stakeholders — both within BCG and with external vendors — ensuring compliant, efficient, and scalable contingent workforce operations. You are a key driver in integrating AI and Agentic AI tools into vendor management processes, positioning BCG X at the forefront of intelligent workforce management.

What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Business, Law, Operations, or related); 8+ years of progressive experience in procurement, vendor management, or contingent workforce operations
-ideally within a professional services or technology environment.
• Demonstrating deep expertise in procurement or contingent workforce management — applying best practices to negotiate, contract, and manage vendor relationships end-to-end.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams - with a track record of building high performing, distributed, cross-functional groups.
