Interim Finance Manager

Your new role You will take complete ownership of the US finance function, acting as the key finance partner to senior operational leaders including three Managing Directors based across major US markets, while delivering robust financial control, reporting and commercial insight.

Key Responsibilities:

Full ownership of monthly management accounts for the US business Deliver insightful financial reporting, analysis and performance commentary Business partner three US Managing Directors across separate operating regions Manage and develop two direct reports within the finance team Oversee accounts payable activities and support weekly cash flow processes Perform bank reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls Support annual budgeting and forecasting activities Act as a key contact throughout the year-end audit process Drive process improvements and support ongoing finance initiatives What you'll need to succeed Qualified / Qualified By Experience User of Quick Books (or Xero) Stock, inventory or product-based business experience Team management capability Happy with full-time office presence What you'll get in return Ownership of a sizeable US business with direct exposure to senior leadership and an opportunity to work in an internationally recognised, consumer-led environment.
