Area Manager - Pharmacy chain - South

An excellent Area Manager role has just come up for a busy chain of pharmacies located predominantly in South London and Sussex totalling 15 stores. A great role for a candidate wishing to join the company in a permanent capacity. Training will be required including a bespoke dispensing course so you can understand the pharmacy industry. The main requirement is for the candidate to have previous retail (open to sector experience) as an Area Manager/ Cluster manager.

Role Overview :
As an Area Manager you will oversee the operations of multiple retail pharmacy locations. You will be instrumental in ensuring each site delivers exceptional customer service and meets KPI’s and general performance targets. The role will involve strategic planning, identifying operational efficiencies, staff management of the branch managers and to drive business growth whilst maintaining high standards of pharmaceutical care.

By performing this role effectively, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the overall patient experience.
