Project Manager - Capital Investment

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the delivery of planned capital investment works across Southern Housing’s homes.

The role will take responsibility for projects from inception through to completion and final account. This includes day-to-day contract management, programme and budget control, contractor performance, quality assurance, resident communication, health and safety compliance, handover and defect management.

The successful candidate will need a strong background in planned maintenance or capital works within housing. They must be comfortable managing contractors, challenging performance where required and making sure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required standard.

The role will be based from Southern Housing’s offices in London. Hybrid working may be available where appropriate, although regular attendance at sites, meetings and offices will be required.
