Leadership & People Management
• Lead by example and model behavior that reflects the company’s core values, setting the standard for the team on the sales floor
• Own overall team performance by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and driving ongoing development through coaching, training and on-the-job learning
• Act as the store leader and ultimate brand ambassador on the floor, motivating the team to achieve sales plans, personal goals and service expectations
• Lead with confidence and accountability, resolving conflict calmly and objectively while building a collaborative, high-performing team culture
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, development and retention of store talent, building a high-performing and engaged team that supports the needs of the business
• Foster a positive, inclusive and results-driven environment that is professional, productive, team oriented and aligned with the brand culture

Deliver the Customer Experience
• Lead by example to create an environment that consistently delivers transformational customer experiences
• Model and supervise a highly productive selling environment by delivering ongoing coaching in selling skills, product knowledge, clienteling and service standards
• Take ownership for the customer journey in the boutique by understanding the local client demographic and developing strong, productive customer relationships
• Demonstrate a strong use of selling skills and coach the team to apply those skills consistently to drive meaningful customer engagement
