* 6:00am - 1:30pm

* 1:30pm - 9:00pm

Our client is a highly innovative, independent label manufacturer supplying printed label solutions to a wide range of well-known brands across the drinks, brewery, healthcare, cosmetics, toiletries, and high-street retail sectors. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Flexo Label Printer or Digicon Operator to join their production team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, set up, and maintain flexographic label printing presses and/or Digicon finishing equipment
Achieve and maintain high standards of colour accuracy, print quality, and consistency
Carry out full job set-ups, including preparation of plates, inks, anilox rolls, and substrates
Monitor machine performance, adjusting and carrying out basic fault-finding as required
Perform in-process quality checks to ensure all work meets customer and company standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Work closely with production and management teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality output

About You:

Previous experience within a manufacturing or print production environment (labels experience preferred)
Strong understanding of production processes and machinery operation
Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on quality
A team player with good communication skills and the ability to work to production targets
Flexible approach, with willingness to work overtime when required
Must have the right to work in the UK
