Night Operations & Bakery Administrator; Retail​/Production

Night Baker - Permanent | Brick Lane, London

An established and well-known bakery is seeking an experienced Night Baker to join its production team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is a hands‑on night role working in a busy‑paced food environment, producing baked goods and preparing menu items to a consistently high standard for daily service.

• Baking fresh products during night shifts

• Preparing dishes in line with the shop's menu and standards

• Ensuring food quality, consistency and freshness

• Maintaining hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards

• Working efficiently to meet production deadlines

• Previous experience in a bakery, kitchen or food production environment

• Ability to prepare menu dishes as well as baked goods

• Comfortable working permanent night shifts (8:00pm - 6:00am)

• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently

• Food hygiene knowledge preferred

• £32,500 - £35,500 per annum (dependent on experience)

• Permanent, full‑time employment

• Stable night shift pattern
