This is a head of packaging role with a base salary up to £110k plus package, hybrid working (2-3 days in Central London).

• Lead the future of packaging in FMCG.
• As Head of Packaging, you’ll set strategy, inspire a specialist team, and deliver innovation across sustainability, design, and industrialisation.
• Partnering with retailers and suppliers, this high-impact role offers visibility, influence, and the chance to shape packaging that drives performance, value, and environmental progress.

• Lead and deliver the packaging strategy, driving innovation, sustainability, and competitive advantage.
• Manage, develop, and inspire a high-performing packaging team across multiple functions.
• Partner with stakeholders, suppliers, and retailers to deliver packaging solutions that meet commercial, technical, and sustainability goals.
• Oversee packaging development projects from concept to launch, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and best practice.

• Proven senior leadership experience in FMCG packaging, driving strategy and delivery.
• Strong track record of leading and inspiring high-performing packaging teams.
• Deep technical knowledge of packaging materials, machinery, and design software (AutoCAD/Solid Works).
• Experience delivering innovative, commercially viable and sustainable packaging solutions.
• Skilled in managing complex, cross-functional projects from concept to execution.
• Strong understanding of UK retailer packaging requirements and market trends.
• Passionate about sustainability, continuous improvement, and embedding best practice across packaging development.
