Packaging Operator

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Packaging Operator to join our team at Job Empire. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely packaging of products in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.

• Operate packaging equipment and machinery to ensure products are packaged accurately and efficiently
• Monitor packaging process and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company and customer specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure product safety and quality
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow
• Troubleshoot and resolve any packaging issues that may arise
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with inventory management and stock control as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing preferred
• Familiarity with packaging equipment and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
