Leading UK-based composite manufacturer is expanding and are now looking to bring experienced Composite Trimmers into their team

You’ll be supporting high-end automotive and motor sport programmes, producing precision components where finish, accuracy and attention to detail are critical.

• Trimming and fettling carbon fibre and prepreg components
• Using hand tools, air tools and trimming equipment
• Working to tight tolerances and high cosmetic standards
• Interpreting drawings and trim templates
• Ensuring components meet quality and finish requirements

• Previous experience as a Composite Trimmer essential
• Background in aerospace, automotive or motor sport preferred
• Strong eye for detail and pride in workmanship
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑quality environments

• Excellent rates of pay (depending on experience)
• Contract or permanent options
• PAYE or Limited Company
• Immediate starts available
