A large, modern, manufacturer-approved bodyshop in Forest Hill is looking for a skilled Level 3 Panel Beater to join a high-performing team that consistently delivers quality repairs and earns strong bonuses month after month.

This is not a stop-start workshop or a chaotic environment — it’s a well-run, well-equipped site with steady workflow, proper processes, and a bonus scheme that has been achieved every single month for the past two years. For a technician who wants stability, strong earnings, and a professional environment that values quality workmanship, this is a serious opportunity.

Responsibilities

* Carrying out high-quality panel repairs to manufacturer standards

* Replacing and repairing damaged panels

* Using jig and welding equipment where required

* Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards

* Working efficiently to maintain strong bonus performance

Requirements

* Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair

* Proven experience as a Panel Beater within a bodyshop environment

* Ability to work to manufacturer repair methods

* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

* Full UK driving licence

Salary and Benefits

* Up to £23 per hour (£50,000 per year)

* Bonus scheme averaging £6,000–£7,000 per year (achieved every month for the last 2 years)

* Monday to Friday only

* Negotiable working hours (site open 6:30am–4:30pm)

* 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays + Long service leave
