Salary: £38k to £42k pa (depending on experience)
Our client is a successful and well-invested print business. An experienced production manager role is now available.
This senior role involves planning, coordinating and controlling all print and production processes.
Overview- Overseeing the production process and drawing up a production schedule
- Taking specifications from clients
- Ensuring that production is cost-effective
- Ensuring products are on time and of good quality
- Determining the human and material resources needed
- Drafting a timescale for the job
- Setting the quality standards
- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
- Implementing quality-control programmes
- Coordinating with suppliers, managers and other departments
- Supervising and motivating staff
- Identifying training needs
