Hours: Sunday to Thursday 21:30-06:00
Pay: £14.67 to £22.00 per hour
Type: Contract based role
Are you an experienced picker‑packer looking for your next challenge? Join our dynamic team in Gillingham and contribute to our operations in a freezer environment! We have night shifts available for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Efficiently pick and pack products in a freezer environment
- Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Previous experience in a chilled or freezer environment is essential
- Forklift Counter‑Balance experience is desirable
- Strong pick and pack experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting
- Reliable and punctual
- 5 days per week; during December will increase to 6 days per week
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.67 per hour on night shifts
- Free hot meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Join a supportive and friendly team
- Over‑time pay rates of 1.5x the standard rate
