Job Title
Production Manager – POS/Large Format
OverviewA highly successful retail graphics printer company is looking for an outstanding production manager to lead them through an exceptional period of growth.
Responsibilities- Supervision of staff
- Driving productivity
- Driving improvements in production process
- Cost control of labour, resources, consumables and scheduling of work
- Control, organise and monitor the flow of materials, producing the highest quality product on time and on budget
- Background in large format and/or POS printing
- Hands‑on and task‑orientated, with ability to operate digital presses and manage a team
- Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise work
- Confident decision maker with a methodological approach to projects
