Food Production Operative

Magnus Search is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy, leading Fresh Produce supplier based in Spalding . This is a fantastic, long-term opportunity to secure stable work in a fast-paced food production environment. Full training is provided, making this an ideal role for individuals looking to gain experience or transition into permanent employment.

Salary & Benefits:

Day Shift Rate: £12.71 per hour (Overtime: £15.89 per hour) Night Shift Rate: £13.66 per hour (Overtime: £17.08 per hour) Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent / Long-term Perks:

Day

Shift: 08:30 AM 20:30 PM (12-hour shifts) Night

Shift: 20:30 PM 08:30 AM (12-hour shifts) Includes 3 scheduled breaks per shift (15 min / 30 min / 15 min)

Key Responsibilities:

Working on a fast-paced production line packing and sorting fresh fruit efficiently. Lifting, pushing, and stacking items weighing up to 20kg. Ensuring all food products are assembled and packed to strict high-quality standards. Following site health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Key Requirements:

Physically fit and comfortable handling repetitive manual tasks and heavy lifting. Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic. No previous experience is required as full training is provided (prior warehouse or production experience is a plus). Basic mechanical aptitude or confidence using simple tools is advantageous.
