Position: Production Team Leader
Salary: 34,000
Location: Crayford, Kent

Proactive are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Team Leader to join a leading manufacturing business based in Crayford, Kent.

• Lead a team of manufacturing personnel to ensure production schedules are achieved
• Coordinate daily workloads and allocate resources
• Ensure manufacturing activities comply with established processes
• Support the management of production documentation, work orders, and operational records.
• Support investigations into production issues
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment
• Develop, coach, and support team members.
• Conduct performance reviews, monitor attendance, and address day-to-day people management matters.
• Provide regular updates on team performance, production status, and operational challenges to senior management.
• Foster effective communication across departments to support business objectives and customer requirements.

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory position within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and operational performance measures.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple activities
• Understanding of Health & Safety requirements within a manufacturing setting.
