We're looking for a hands-on Technical Operations Associate to join a growing manufacturing team. This role goes beyond standard operations, you'll be involved in process improvement, troubleshooting, and optimisation. Technical Operations Associate responsibilities include:
Operate processes across assembly, kitting, and packaging Follow SOPs and support process improvements Identify and troubleshoot process issues Assist with root cause analysis and equipment operation Maintain accurate manufacturing records Experience required:
Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science, or similar Experience in manufacturing, lab, or technical environments ISO
13485 / ISO
9001 exposure Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced team A great opportunity to join an innovative team and contribute to scalable, high-quality manufacturing.
