- Opportunity to shape culture – play a key role in building a high‑performance, safety‑first, people‑focused production environment.
- Cross‑functional exposure in a complex manufacturing setting – work closely with engineering, quality, HR, maintenance, and supply chain teams in a highly collaborative environment.

- Drive shift performance against KPIs, including output, efficiency, and schedule adherence.
- Act as the primary Production lead on shift, coordinating cross‑functional issue resolution.
- Promote and embed Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (6S, RCA, 5 Whys).
- Oversee production planning, shift loading, and skill allocation.
- Lead investigations and corrective actions for safety, quality, and operational issues.
- Proven people‑management experience in a manufacturing/industrial production environment.
- Strong experience managing employee relations cases (disciplinaries, investigations, absence and performance management).
- Demonstrated ability to lead shift‑based production teams in a fast‑paced operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Quality compliance within production settings.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement tools (e.g. 6S, RCA, 5 Whys).
- Strong cross‑functional leadership and communication skills, working effectively with engineering, quality, maintenance, and support teams.
If you’re looking for a role where you can combine your production leadership experience with excellent people‑management skills, then this is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact.
