The Role We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a growing engineering team, with a focus on milling operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Programming CNC milling machines using CAM software (Fusion 360) Developing and optimising machining strategies for efficiency and quality Editing and proving out programs on the shop floor Working with Siemens controls Supporting production teams with technical expertise Ensuring components are produced to precise specifications and quality standards Requirements Proven experience in CNC programming (milling) Strong knowledge of Fusion 360 (or similar CAM software)

Experience with Siemens controls preferred Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
