A leading manufacturing company in North Lincolnshire is looking to recruit a skilled and enthusiastic Lamination Operator to join its Production Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a modern manufacturing facility producing high-quality packaging solutions for a range of industries.

• Set up, operate and monitor lamination machinery to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Prepare materials, adhesives and machine settings in accordance with job specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections throughout the production process.
• Accurately complete production records and quality documentation.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machine faults, escalating issues when required.
• Ensure waste is minimised and production efficiency targets are achieved.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation.
• Adhere to all health, safety and environmental procedures.

• Previous experience operating lamination, printing, converting or similar manufacturing machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Good problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with a flexible approach to shift working.
• Experience with in packaging or plastics manufacturing would be advantageous but not essential.
