Shellworks, a London-based Series A startup, seeks a Product Manufacturing Engineer to bridge R&D and production and scale our Vivomer packaging material from prototype to high-volume manufacturing, collaborating with international manufacturing partners to reduce plastic waste.
You will own the validation process for packaging designs through injection moulding and extrusion, manage cost, quality, and timelines, and ensure robust change controls across the team.
