Senior Brewing Manager – Southwest London (commutable from Kingston, Epsom, Guildford, Woking, Leatherhead, Weybridge)

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Training + Progression + Company Discounts + Benefits

• Lead brewery operations from brewing through to packaging
• Production planning and scheduling
• Team leadership and development
• Quality management and continuous improvement
• Support recipe development and new product launches
• Full time, site based

• Commercial brewery experience
• Senior brewing or brewery leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of brewing processes and quality standards
