You will be responsible for operating a range of industry‑leading equipment, ensuring jobs are produced accurately, efficiently and on schedule.

Our equipment includes:

  • Print Factory RIP Software
  • Laminating, mounting and finishing equipment

Every day brings something different, with projects ranging from retail graphics and point‑of‑sale displays to exhibition graphics, window vinyls, signage, packaging and bespoke display solutions.

  • Maintaining equipment and keeping the production area clean, organised and safe.
  • Working closely with colleagues across production and customer services to ensure every project is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
  • Following company quality procedures and Health & Safety requirements.
About You

We're looking for someone with previous experience working in a professional large format print environment.

Ideally you will have experience with:

  • UV flatbed and roll‑to‑roll printing.
  • Digital cutting tables (Esko Kongsberg experience would be advantageous).
  • Vinyl cutting equipment.

  • Colour management and print quality control.
  • Producing display graphics, signage, POS, exhibition graphics and related products.

You will also be:

  • Quality‑focused with excellent attention to detail.
  • Reliable, organised and able to work under pressure.
  • Comfortable managing multiple jobs and changing priorities.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Able to work independently when required.
  • Committed to producing work of the highest standard.
What We Offer

  • Modern, purpose‑built production facility in Central London.
  • Opportunity to work with state‑of‑the‑art equipment.
  • A supportive and experienced production team.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Regular overtime opportunities, as many of our projects are time‑critical or require production outside normal working hours.
Additional Information

This is a full‑time, site‑based role based at our Central London production facility.

Due to the nature of our business, there will be occasions where overtime is required to meet customer deadlines, support urgent production schedules or complete projects outside standard working hours. Overtime is paid and forms a regular part of the role.

Applicants should be able to travel reliably to our premises during normal working hours and, where required, for overtime shifts.
