As a Factory Worker you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes. Skills and attributes Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner Basic IT Literacy Skills Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met Follow production schedules and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines Good attendance and timekeeping Maintain a clean and organised work area Report any issues or malfunctions with equipment to the supervisor Must be able to work in a team and independently MUST be able to work all three shift patterns Please click apply now if you are interested in this position!
