Engineering Team Leader
Location:
Tottenham
Salary: £55,000
Shift: M-F Days
Job RoleAn excellent opportunity for an experienced and qualified Engineering Team Leader to work for a growing FMCG manufacturing company. The role involves managing a team of two engineers while also participating in the hands‑on maintenance and operation of machinery in an automated factory. Responsibilities include both electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks across a fast‑paced industrial environment.
Qualifications and Requirements- Engineering qualification (recognized)
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience managing a team of engineers
- Hands‑on experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a manufacturing setting
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Strong training and development skills
- Desirable:
Experience as a Maintenance Team Leader in the UK
- Working for a market‑leading manufacturing business
