Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30 (Flexible Working Hours Available)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly skilled team, working on precision-engineered products within a quality-focused production environment.

• Prepare surfaces and apply paint coatings to components and structures.
• Achieve high-quality finishes in line with customer specifications and industry standards.
• Inspect surfaces before and after painting to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Mix paints, primers, and coatings to achieve the required colour, finish, and consistency.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings and detailed work instructions.
• Maintain spray booths, equipment, and tools to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and quality procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, ideally within aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Experience using paint spray guns and associated coating application equipment.
• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of different paint systems, coatings, and application techniques.
