Key Responsibilities
- Assemble lithium-ion battery cells, modules and battery packs.
- Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment.
- Conduct quality inspections and product testing.
- Identify, troubleshoot and report manufacturing defects.
- Interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions.
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
- Work safely within a clean manufacturing environment.
- Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all Health & Safety and quality procedures.
- Previous experience within manufacturing, production or assembly.
- Experience in automotive, aerospace, electronics, engineering, battery production or similar industries.
- Mechanical or electrical assembly experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work rotating shifts where required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- NVQ Level 2/3, Apprenticeship or equivalent engineering qualification (desirable but not essential).
