Location: Greater London

An exciting opportunity has come up for a highly organised and analytical fashion production coordinator to join a fast paced retailer in London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment and enjoys managing multiple deadlines while ensuring products move smoothly from development through to delivery. Working closely with suppliers, buying, design, and logistics teams, you ll play a key role in managing the production critical path, identifying risks, and ensuring every milestone is achieved on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the production critical path, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Monitor production milestones from order placement through to delivery.
  • Track supplier performance and proactively follow up on outstanding actions.
  • Analyse production data to identify delays, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Produce and distribute critical path reports and update stakeholders on progress.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure approvals, samples, fabrics, and trims are delivered on schedule.
  • Work cross-functionally with Design, Buying, Merchandising, and Logistics teams to keep projects on track.
  • Resolve production issues quickly and escalate potential risks where necessary.
  • Ensure all production information is accurate and up to date within internal systems.
  • Support the Production team with administrative tasks and reporting.
About You
  • Exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly analytical and confident interpreting data and identifying trends.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to anticipate potential production issues.
  • A confident communicator who builds strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with production systems.
  • Passionate about fashion and eager to build a career within production and supply chain.
