Production Operative

At Reelables, we’re not just another startup—we’re building paper-thin smart shipping labels powered by Bluetooth and 5G, enabling real-time tracking of millions of packages worldwide.

We’re entering an exciting phase of growth as we scale our manufacturing capabilities, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our production team at our office in Angel, London (N1).

This is a hands-on role where you’ll help build cutting-edge technology and ensure our products reach our eager customers around the globe.

• Operating and monitoring production lines to ensure smooth, consistent output
• Prepare finished products for dispatch
• Carry out quality checks throughout the production process and flag any issues early
• Assist with basic machine setup and troubleshooting
• Work closely with engineers and the operations team to resolve issues and keep production running efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Support team targets during busy periods and adapt to changing priorities
• Identify and raise opportunities for improvement

• Strong attention to detail and take pride in your work
• A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
• Enthusiasm to learn and master new production processes
• Basic digital literacy
• Good communication skills

• Full-time position: 40 hours per week
• 25 days’ annual leave, plus UK bank holidays
• Office-based role with standard working hours
• Flexibility required during peak periods, including occasional late shifts (1:00pm - 9:00pm)
• Overtime opportunities may be available by mutual agreement
