The Role:

The Junior Production Coordinator will support the end-to-end production process, ensuring collections are delivered on time and to quality standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chiswick and involves daily coordination with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to track orders, manage timelines, and resolve production issues. Responsibilities include updating production schedules, maintaining accurate records, supporting sample development, checking product specs, and assisting with quality control checks.

The role also involves organizing shipments, monitoring stock levels, preparing production reports, and providing general administrative support to the production and design teams.

Qualifications:
  • Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess production planning and production management skills, including scheduling, tracking critical paths, and coordinating with suppliers or factories.
  • Candidates should possess project management and organization skills, such as prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Relevant skills and qualifications include attention to detail, proficiency with spreadsheets and production software, and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Beneficial qualifications include experience in fashion or apparel production, knowledge of garment construction and fabrics, and a relevant degree or training in fashion, textiles, or production management.
