Faerch Group is seeking a Thermoforming Setter to operate and maintain thermoforming production lines (Illig/Kiefel) and ensure high quality output. You will work hands‑on in a dynamic manufacturing environment, reporting to the Thermoforming Shift Leader.
The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and safety awareness, with a Panama schedule: 12‑hour shifts covering days, nights and weekends, averaging 42 hours per week. Starting salary is £35,000 plus shift allowance, plus benefits.
