It would suit someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in accuracy and is comfortable working with machinery in a manufacturing environment.

The Role:

  • Carrying out basic machining, finishing and de‑burring work
  • Checking materials for condition, quantity and accuracy before processing

Reliable and willing to support different areas of the operation when required
Desirable

Experience:
  • Previous experience within engineering, manufacturing or metal stockholding
  • Experience using workshop machinery such as saws, lathes or milling equipment
  • Previous stock control, goods‑in or materials‑handling experience

This is a good opportunity for a Production Operative who enjoys varied practical work and would like to become part of an established manufacturing operation. Previous engineering experience would be useful, although a positive attitude, accuracy and a willingness to learn will also be important.
