The ideal candidate will oversee joinery and metalwork workshops, assembly teams and a specialist joinery department, driving production planning, workflow, quality, safety and MRP system excellence.
The role requires strong leadership, a technical understanding of joinery/metalwork processes, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
