Join Cubitts as a Production Associate at our Kings Cross HQ, where you will transform frames into finished spectacles. Working across our glazing lab, quality control, and logistics, you will ensure every order meets exacting standards. It is a hands-on, vital role central to delivering handcrafted, sustainable eyewear to our community.

What You Will Do
  • Execute precision glazing and finishing work, conducting meticulous quality control checks to transform frames into high-standard finished spectacles for customers.
  • Manage end-to-end shipping and dispatch workflows, ensuring all orders reach customers and retail stores on time and in perfect condition.
  • Perform inventory control tasks, including cycle counts and stock takes, while proactively identifying process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
The ideal candidate
  • Demonstrates a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to production, taking immense pride in maintaining high standards and relentless consistency in their work.
  • Possesses strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset, capable of collaborating effectively across workshop, retail, and customer service teams.
  • Shows a proactive, positive attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to new processes, potentially coming from a background in photography, retail, or media.
