Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week) Salary: £19.00 £ 21.00 per hour (Dependent on experience) Overtime & Benefits Optical Precision is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC 3 & 5 Axis Miller, Programmer, Setter to join our growing team. The Role Program, set, and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines. Create online programs using Heidenhain controls. Manufacture high-quality jigs, fixtures, and specialized tooling. Maintain tight tolerances and inspect your own work for quality assurance.

What We Are Looking For Proven experience programming, setting, and operating 3 & 5 axis CNC mills. Expertise with Heidenhain control systems. Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic.
