Do you enjoy being a hands-on leader, developing teams, improving processes and ensuring products are manufactured, picked and despatched accurately, efficiently and on time?

The Role:

Lead, motivate and develop a team of Warehouse Operatives and Production Technicians Plan and deploy staff to meet daily warehouse and production requirements Oversee goods in, picking, packing, stock control and despatch operations Ensure customer orders are completed accurately, on time and in full Manage stock accuracy, storage, labelling and stock rotation Oversee the production and assembly of medical products Maintain high standards of production and quality throughout the operation

The Person :
Previous experience managing a warehouse, production or operations team Forklift license Reference Number: BBBH
