An essential part of our delivery is our state-of-the-art, in-house joinery workshop. We craft exquisite, highly detailed bespoke furniture, architectural joinery, high-end cabinetry, and custom windows or doors using premium woods, veneers, metals, and fabrics.

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker to join our specialist team. You will bring complex, high-end architectural drawings and designer concepts to life. This role requires uncompromised precision, traditional craftsmanship, and experience with modern production techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft high-end joinery items including bespoke wardrobes, luxury kitchens, curved wooden doors, complex cabinetry, and unique custom furniture pieces.
  • Interpret technical drawings and cutting lists provided by architects and interior design teams.
  • Operate a wide range of joinery machinery and traditional hand tools safely and efficiently.
  • Work with diverse materials, seamlessly integrating timber with veneers, metalwork, fabrics, and specialist hardware.
  • Collaborate closely with site fitters and project managers to ensure seamless integration and final assembly.

  • Deep proficiency in fine woodworking techniques, complex joints, and furniture construction.
  • Ability to work independently from complex production drawings with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills when working with inventive finishes and intricate designs.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry & Joinery) are preferred but strong portfolio experience is prioritized.
  • Polish speaking applicants preferred.

  • Permanent, stable workload with premium, high-profile projects.
  • Opportunity to work with a dedicated team of elite craftsmen and state-of-the-art equipment.
  • On-site parking / accessible South-London workshop location.
