Location:
Northamptonshire An established and growing manufacturing business is seeking an experienced TIG & MIG Welder to join their production team. The company specialises in precision-engineered instrumentation for industries such as automotive, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing.

Shifts:
40 hours per week Late Shift Monday Thursday : 15:30 00:30 ( hour unpaid lunch, 2x 10-min paid breaks)
Friday: 11:30 17:30 (1x 10-min paid break)
TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel components
Assemble and weld a range of precision instruments using jigs, fixtures, and manipulators.
Carry out basic assembly tasks such as pressure testing and leakage testing.
Maintain welding equipment and ensure a tidy, organised work area.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in developing new production methods.
Minimum 5 years TIG welding experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
Experience with orbital welding or pipe welding
Experience working with manipulators or turntables
Skilled in welding stainless steel to a very high standard.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Experience with exotic materials (316, Duplex, Super Duplex).INDMID
