Machine Operator

A well-established manufacturing business is looking for a Machine Operator to join its production team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Machine Operator to work on high quality print and packaging products within a busy production environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining quality standards and supporting efficient production. Paying up to £19.00 per hour depending on experience, based in Thame.

40 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern of 6:00am to 2:00pm Monday to Friday and 2:00pm to midnight Monday to Thursday. On site parking available. Duties:
Set up and operate machinery Monitor machine performance and adjust settings where required Read and follow job specifications and production instructions Complete routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting Work closely with production and design teams Maintain quality standards and follow health and safety procedures Support continuous improvement across production processes Experience/

Skills:
