Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm Join Our Client's Team as an Assembly Operative! We're looking for reliable, hands-on and detail-focused Assembly Operatives to join our client's production team in Ely. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience within a busy production environment, with approximately 8 weeks of work available and the potential for the assignment to be extended .
Key Responsibilities Assemble components and products accurately according to set specifications. Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards. Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets. Follow health and safety procedures at all times. Keep your workstation clean, organised and safe. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the assembly process.
What We're Looking For Reliable & punctual - a strong work ethic and good attendance are essential. Detail-focused - able to work accurately and maintain high-quality standards. Hands-on & practical - comfortable working with components and following instructions. Adaptable - able to work effectively in a busy production environment.
