Location:
Brackley Pay Rate: £15.65 per hour
Hours:
Monday Friday, 4/5 days per week on a rota basis Job Type: Temporary / Ongoing About the Role We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy production environment in Brackley , working with animal waste products. This is a hands-on role involving heavy lifting and manual work , so candidates must be physically fit and comfortable working in an environment where there may be strong and unpleasant smells.
Key Responsibilities Handling and processing animal waste products Loading and unloading materials Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling Operating basic production equipment and machinery Keeping the production area clean and tidy Following health & safety procedures at all times Working as part of a team to meet production targets About You Previous production, warehouse or manual handling experience is advantageous Must be comfortable working with animal products and animal waste Working in an environment with strong odours
Physically fit and able to carry out heavy lifting Reliable and punctual Flexible and able to work 4 or 5 days per week on a rota Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
What We Offer £15.65 per hour Monday Friday working pattern 4 or 5 days per week depending on the rota Ongoing work Full training provided
Please note:
Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be comfortable working with animal waste products, strong smells and heavy manual work.
