Manufacturing and Production Chessington, London £17 - £18 per hour Permanent
CNC Miller - join this long-established engineering business with a world-leading reputation, working on high-precision components.
What you'll get

Key responsibilities
- Setting and operating CNC machines (programming exp and advantage)
- Machine alignments
- CNC milling (CNC turning and CNC grinding experience also a bonus)
- Working with components and free-issue material of varying qualities
- Using hand tools and standard measuring equipment to tight tolerances
- Reading and understanding engineering drawings/processes
- Working independently with minimal supervision; strong team contribution
- Complying with relevant H&S requirements
- Maintaining ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards throughout the process
Skills & experience
- Apprentice trained or time-served engineer (City & Guilds or BTEC level)
- Experience in precision subcontract machining/engineering
- Proactive problem-solver; hard-working and extremely reliable
- Flexibility with working hours when required to meet customer deadlines
This is a permanent job with a starting salary dependant on experience. You must have current UK right to work to be considered.
