They are now actively looking to recruit for a Workshop Controller / Production Manager for their Accident Repair / Bodyshop in Harlesdon, NW10.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily workshop activity to ensure jobs are completed on time and to specification
- Allocating work to technicians based on skills, workload, and priorities
- Monitoring progress, quality, and productivity, resolving any issues that arise
- Liaising with parts, customer service, and VDA teams to maintain a smooth repair process
- Promotinga safe, compliant, and well-organised working environment

- Proven experience in a Bodyshop workshop controller, Prouduction Manager, senior technician, or similar role within the accident repair industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Solid understanding of repair processes and bodyshop operations
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Acommitment to integrity, teamwork, and delivering work of the highest quality
