Long-term career progression opportunities. Full training and ongoing support. Key Duties Operate production machinery safely and efficiently. Pack finished products to company quality standards. Weigh raw materials accurately. Complete production paperwork to ensure full traceability.

Palletise finished products ready for dispatch. Recycle waste materials, including packaging. Handle materials weighing up to 25kg. Achieve daily production targets and KPIs. Maintain GMP standards and a clean-as-you-go working environment. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Work collaboratively as part of the production team. Requirements Previous experience working in a food production environment. Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP regulations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Good manual handling ability. Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work. Ability to cover alternative shift times when required to meet business needs. Due to shift start and finish times, applicants must live locally or have their own transport. Working Hours Two positions available:
Monday to Friday: 1pm-9pm. Monday to Friday: 3pm-11pm. Flexibility to cover alternative shifts when required is essential. Interested?
