Monday - Friday (Rotating shifts: 07:00 - 15:00 or 15:00 - 23:00) Pay Rate: £13.86/hr 22% shift allowance Openings: 7 Positions available About the Role We are looking for detail-oriented Visual Inspectors to join our production team in Swindon. In this role, you will perform manual visual inspections of filled vials under controlled conditions to ensure top-quality standards before products move to the next stage of production.
Key Responsibilities Perform manual visual inspections of filled vials in controlled inspection booths. Identify and remove defective units (e.g., visible particulate matter, cosmetic defects, cracks, chips, or fill volume issues). Maintain clear separation between accepted and rejected items. Record inspection results accurately following Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Comply strictly with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines. Participate in routine vision checks and qualification assessments.
Requirements
Education:
GCSE-level Mathematics and English (or equivalent). Must pass a required visual acuity check (vision correction is fine). High level of concentration, focus, and consistency during routine tasks. Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, or another regulated production environment. Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles. Apply today!
