Assembly Operative Hungerford £14.00 per hour Due to continued growth, our client based in Hungerford is looking for an experienced Assembly Operative to join their production team. Roles and Responsibilities:

Cutting and trimming carbon composite materials De-moulding composite components Finishing and preparing products to a high standard Working from engineering drawings and work instructions Using hand tools and equipment safely and effectively Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards Maintaining a clean and organised work area Following all health and safety procedures Assembly Operative Ideal Candidate:
Previous hands-on experience in an assembly, manufacturing, or production environment Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and written work instructions Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work Comfortable using hand tools and carrying out manual tasks A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team Full training provided Assembly Operative

Working Hours:
