Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical production environment. The successful candidate will ensure production activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality and regulatory standards while leading and developing a team of production staff.

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations
  , data integrity, and compliance standards.
• Experience managing deviations, CAPAs, root cause investigations, and quality systems
  .
• Proven people management skills, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
• Ability to plan and allocate labour resources to meet production targets.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with QA, Warehouse, and Procurement teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience reviewing production documentation and maintaining audit-ready standards. [

Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience within a GMP production environment
