Machine Operative - £14.42 per hour

We are looking for Machine Operatives who enjoys working as part of a team in a dynamic environment to help us deliver our G’s promise of supplying fresh produce that delights our customers every day.
Main Responsibilities:Production
- Ensure that the machines run at theoptimum efficiency and meet agreed targets, reporting and recording faults and down time.
- Ensure your machine is kept clean and in good working order, completing any pre-start checks and paperwork as appropriate.
- Ensure all specifications are adhered to by using the correct programs and checking the films and dates.
- Ensure machinery is cleaned to the correct standard before production and in between product changes.
- Ensure that weights, metaldetectionand print is correct for each product and that the correct frequency of checks and recording takes place to provide compliance with procedures.
- Check the seal integrity.
- Ensure that weights are set within agreed tolerances. Minimize floor waste and over production.
- Policies and Procedure
- Follow the company policies and procedures (risk assessments, safe working procedures, QC) that apply to your machine.
Panama Shift Pattern (5am to 5pm)2 weekly rolling pattern, every other weekend off.
