As Production Manager ,you'llleadtheproductionprocessacrosscomplexretail,experientialandlive-event projects,managing suppliers,budgets,schedules,technicalrequirementsandonsitedeliverywhileprotectingthecreativevision.
Responsibilitiesofthis Production Manager include :
- Leadingproductionfromdesigndevelopmentthroughfabrication,installationandcompletion
- Translatingcreativeconceptsintopractical,buildableandcost-effectiveproductionsolutions
- Managingproductionbudgets,schedules,scopesofworkandsupplierquotations
- Reviewingtechnicaldrawings,specifications,materialsandfabricationmethods
- Sourcingandmanagingfabricators,contractorsandspecialistsuppliers
- Identifying technical,commercialandlogisticalrisksanddevelopingsolutions
- Overseeingqualitycontrol,site visits,pre-builds,installationsandbreakdowns
- Managinglogisticsincludingfreight,transport,storageandinternationaldeliverywhererequired
- Maintainingstrongcommunicationacrossclients,designers,projectteamsandsuppliers
Tobeconsideredforthis Production Manager role ,you'llneed:
- 5+years'productionmanagementexperienceacrossretail,experiential,exhibitions,liveeventsorcreativeproduction
- Strongknowledgeoffabrication,materials,finishesandconstructionprocesses
- Provenexperiencedeliveringcomplexphysicalbuildsfromdesignthroughtoinstallation
- Experiencemanagingsuppliers,contractors,fabricatorsandspecialistproductionpartners
- Strongcommercialawarenesswithexperiencemanagingandreconcilingproductionbudgets
- Abilitytoreviewtechnicaldrawings,specificationsandproductioninformation
- Strongunderstandingoflogistics,installationandonsiteoperations
- Excellent organisation,problem-solvingandclient-facingcommunicationskills
- WillingnesstotravelregularlyacrosstheUKandinternationally
