MTA Digital seeks a hands-on Production Team Lead to run the factory floor of our family-run print business in London. You will lead the production team day to day, schedule jobs across small- and large-format print, and own quality and finishing standards across HP Indigo, toner, and EFI wide-format.
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll build a cross-trained team, manage performance and holidays, and ensure installation and production stay aligned.
